DEPOSITS MUST BE PAID VIA INVOICE AND ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERRED ONCE.
SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONING IS INCLUDED W/SERVICE.
HAIR IS INCLUDED W/SERVICE (PLEASE SPECIFY HAIR COLOR IF YOU WILL NOT BE USING 1B).
ABSOLUTELY NO KIDS/EXTRA PEOPLE ( I am in an intimate setting, I am committed to providing a comfortable setting. this eliminates a crowded and uncomfortable space).
CLIENTS MUST INFORM ME OF ANY HAIR DAMAGE/BREAKAGE AND OR SHORT HAIR BEFORE BOOKING. (If client shows up or book without notifying me, your appointment will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund of your deposit).
CANCELLATIONS: Please notify me of any cancellations at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any last minute cancellations will result in an automatic 50% charge of the booked style.
NO CALL NO SHOW: Any no call no shows will result in an automatic charge for the full price of the booked style and you will no longer be able to book any future appointments.
I am the only braider I do not have an assistant. I ask for your patience upon arrival and throughout the styling process. I’m a perfectionist and I will not offer any rushed services.
Scheduled time slots sometimes do run over. I ask before scheduling that you book with a clear schedule for the day. Please do not schedule an appointment if you have any immediate plans the day of or the following day. Appointments are subject to change at anytime. I do not want to be held accountable for any disappointments.
